Comments: Cameo was the perfect rat! She had an amazing temperament - very sweet and cuddly. She had one litter and I tried unsuccessfully to breed her a second time. Cameo was adopted out after her retirement from breeding. She was very healthy throughout her life, but a few weeks before her second birthday she started showing signs of a pituitary tumor. She was treated with prednisone and it gave her about three precious weeks. She was PTS on approximately 7/6/09. RIP sweet girl, you were loved by many!
