Comments: Hoover was a little guy (500g adult weight) with an incredibly soft rex coat. He was a very sweet and floppy boy who never caused any trouble with the other rats.
Hoover passed away on 6/2/11, just shy of 31 months old. He developed bumblefoot in his old age, which got pretty severe at one point, but he was treated and was healing nicely. About a month later, he started to really go downhill. He developed hind end degeneration and got very thin. On the 2nd when I checked on him, he was very cold and was really failing and I knew it was time to have him PTS.
